Erika’s Yoga Therapy sessions blend mindful, functional movement, breath work, and individualized yoga practices to help you restore strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a grounded and empowering way.

This is not a typical yoga class. It’s a therapeutic experience designed for real bodies, real challenges, and real-world stress.  Whether you’re struggling with pain, recovering from illness, navigating hormonal changes, or simply trying to calm an overactive nervous system, Therapeutic Yoga meets you exactly where you are.  No previous yoga experience or even any flexibility required.

Therapeutic Yoga can support and enhance Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Talk Therapy, and more.

Erika has specialized training and extensive experience supporting clients with: chronic back pain, shoulder and neck tension, Chronic Fatigue, Chronic Lyme, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, Peri and menopausal symptoms, anxiety and stress.

If your body feels unpredictable, depleted, or overwhelmed—this work can help you rebuild your foundation gently and safely.
